Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aid
This Mental Health First Aid Course is for everyone. Mental health first aid has the potential to help those who may, in their daily lives, come across individuals experiencing mental health difficulties.
Mental health first aid is the help offered to someone developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of a mental health problem or in a mental health crisis.
You can give this first aid until the person has received appropriate professional treatment or the crisis is resolved.

- Develop a and Wellbeing at Work action plan for mental health and be able to put it in place.

Certification & Assessment
Theory assessment is multiple choice questions.
Certification: On successful completion of this course, learners will be awarded an Endrim Safety
Training Certificate in Mental Health and Wellbeing First Aid Training. This is valid for 3 years.

Maximum of 12 learners
For classroom based training at the customer’s location if a suitable room is available, or at a suitable training room
Candidate Requirements
Learners must have a good understanding of English
