With our First Aid Response Blended Learning Recertification course students can have more control over their learning environment by completing first aid theory online at their own pace before attending just one practical training day .
This course is a brand new offering by Endrim Safety Training and provides the same certification as a 2-day classroom-based course. Remote learning allows for more flexibility for students to engage with the curriculum at a time that best suits them, and coursework will be available after completion for reference and revision.
This First Aid Response Recertification course is PHECC (Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council) approved.
This course delivers the HSA recognised standard of First Aid to those who are interested in becoming a First Aider. It is in compliance with the requirements of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007; Part 7, Chapter 2: First Aid Training.

Who Should Attend
This course is specifically designed for those staff or individuals with an interest in becoming a qualified First-Aider.
Certification & Assessment
Participants complete Practical and Theory Assessment.
Theory assessment is multiple choice questions.
Upon successful completion of the PHECC* First Aid Response Refresher course, participants will have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective first aid in a variety of emergency situations, and they will receive a PHECC* certificate that is valid for two years. Recertification of FAR must be completed within the 2 years

eLearning: Our PHECC First Aid Response Recertification (FAR) Blended Learning Course is an interactive, self-paced eLearning course:
There are 10 modules to complete, and they can only progress from one module to the other by completing each module. On completion of their online modules, they will have to access their certificate of completion. They will also receive an e-mail confirming that they have completed the theory section of their course.
Students have 60 days to complete all sections of the First Aid Respond Recertification blended learning course. Once they have completed the online modules, they will then have an unblocked section to enable them to go back in and revise any module if they wish to do so. After 60 days they will no longer have access .
They will be asked to provide proof of completion of the online theory module when they attend the classroom section. Certification will not be issued for any learner who has not completed both elements of the blended learning program
On the Practical Session date, the learner should arrive with proof of online theory completion at the designated location prepared to participate in the hands-on training and assessment. During practical training, you will complete all PHECC competency assessments leading to the award of your First Aid Response Certificate valid for two years.
